Cooling-Off Window
Under Irish Consumer Rights regulations, you have the right to change your mind. We offer a 14-day return window from the moment you receive your premium poker set or casino accessories.
Whether you are a professional player or looking for poker for beginners, we want your casino atmosphere at your home to be perfect. If the weight of the chips or the felt of the table isn't exactly what you envisioned for your play at home, the process is straightforward.
Original Condition
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all seals (especially on playing cards and dicing) intact to qualify for a full refund.
Proof of Purchase
A digital receipt or order number from pokerlaw.ie is required for all returns and exchange assessments.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage. We recommend recorded delivery as we cannot verify items lost in transit.
Exclusions
Custom-printed layouts, bespoke poker tables, and used playing cards cannot be returned for hygiene and integrity reasons.
How to Initiate a Return

Contact our Dublin Office
Email info@pokerlaw.ie with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request within 24 business hours. Provide photos if you believe the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Approval & Labeling
Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Code. Securely pack everything for poker and games in its original shipping box. Ensure the code is clearly marked on the exterior of the package or inside the box.
Ship to Dawson Street
Send the package to our physical store at 21 Dawson Street, Dublin 2, D02 YN40, Ireland. We recommend using a reputable transport company with tracking services, especially for heavy items like roulette wheels or poker tables.
Inspection & Refund
Our floor managers inspect all returns. Upon successful inspection, we process refunds to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. If you paid via Cash on Delivery, we will arrange a bank transfer to your IBAN.

Yes. If you wish to upgrade from a beginner kit to a premium poker set, we can facilitate an exchange. Items must be in original condition. Difference in price and additional shipping costs will apply.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. For change-of-mind returns, only the product price is refunded.
Damaged in Transit?
Our everything for table games collection is built to last, but shipping heavy items can occasionally lead to damage. If your package arrives visibly battered, please take a photo before opening it and note the damage on the courier's delivery docket.
